What do you mean by safe or secure?

Our service is simple and safe: it provides “secure by default” using iOS/MacOS native options plus best practices and enterprise‑grade security, privacy, and safety features. We not only enable the security settings your carrier and Apple offer, we also apply third‑party protections that add hundreds of additional controls to protect your data and device access.

Simple Phone Mode streamlines the interface for core phone functions. Learn more here: GuardianLock Blog – Simple Phone Mode.

No annual lock‑in. After a one‑time activation fee and first month’s payment, your affiliate subscription and GuardianLock service are month‑to‑month. The monthly rate is set for 24 months and renewable at the end of that term.

Your affiliate subscription includes the use of a phone that GuardianLock retains ownership of. We provide ongoing support until the device replacement period every 24 months.

Yes. We prefer Verizon and are expanding bundles for AT&T, T‑Mobile, and Patriot Wireless, but affiliates aren’t locked to a specific carrier to use GuardianLock on our supplied phones.

No. GuardianLock helps manage your phone hardware, but your app data, location, iCloud information, and activity are yours. We do not have access to them.

We call this our “YES” service (Your Essential Security). It’s in testing for BYOD support. At initial launch we support bundled plans with supplied, pre‑configured phones. Watch for updates when YES launches.

Yes. We offer a trade‑in credit toward service depending on model and condition. Contact us for details.

We’ve built custom profiles—from restrictive “flip phone mode” for kids and seniors (basic phone/text to known contacts at allowed times) to adult‑level protections with adware, popup, and scam blocking—so you can choose the right level for each device.
